By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.
To use Greenhub, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features of the Platform, including partner dashboards, agent programs, and payment services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Greenhub may charge fees for certain services or collect fees via offset mechanisms. If fees apply to your account, they will be disclosed to you before you use the service. You authorize Greenhub and its payment partners to bill your chosen payment method.
For approved agents and merchants, earnings are tracked within the Platform and can be withdrawn using the “Payout Funds” functionality. Payouts are subject to verification, compliance review, and applicable withdrawal limits.
Greenhub reserves the right to withhold or delay payouts in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.
You agree not to use Greenhub:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abusive, risky, or unethical conduct.
All materials on the Platform, including logos, branding, designs, code, and written content, are owned by or licensed to Greenhub. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
Our Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, such as payment gateways and financial platforms. Greenhub is not responsible for the practices or content of third parties. Your use of these services is governed by their own terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time.
Upon termination, all outstanding fees and obligations remain due.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Greenhub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenhub and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you to Greenhub in the past 12 months.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Greenhub, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal action must be brought in courts located in Nevada.
